Where do you ship from?
We’re excited to be able to deliver to most places around the world! Please see our Shipping Information page for more information.

How do I find the right size for my pet?
You can find our size chart here. It has all the handy measurements you will need to get from your pet to determine the right product for them. However, please note that our size chart will only give you a general idea of fit for your pet in relation to breed. Every dog or cat is unique in size and shape (just like us, humans!).

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can. Please read through our Return policy here and see how we can help you.

Why do I see prices in Australian Dollars?
This error generally occurs when you’re visiting the incorrect regional site. Just ensure that you are visiting the correct website for your location.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately not. All of our deliveries come direct from our warehouse, not a store front, so all orders are delivered.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We pack and process your order as quickly as we can. Your address can only be changed if it has not yet shipped. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible along with your order number and correct address and we will try our best to update this for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately no. Once your order has been placed, our system prevents us from editing an order. If needed, we can cancel your order for you if it has not yet been processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Shipping times vary by location.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Any international orders may incur a fee when arriving at the destination country. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should be familiar with any fees related to duties and taxes before purchasing.

Will you restock an item that is sold out?
Popular styles and items can often sell out quickly. Some items are exclusive and once they are gone, they’re gone. We do however restock many of our popular products.

How should I wash my Pet Supplies products?
We always recommend treating these items as a delicate. Each item comes with a swing tag with washing instructions.

Tips & Tricks to get the most life out of your bed!
We like to hand wash our beds in cold water or in a gentle cycle in a front loading washing machine. Treat your pet’s bed like a delicate! Just like with all delicates, we like to put our beds in a wash bag or a pillow case, if we’re machine washing our beds.
We dry our beds flat, we don’t iron them, bleach them or dry clean them! We don’t like to wash our beds too often, we would recommend only 4 times a year, so if there only small marks, we just use a sponge to wipe them off.

Do you ship to my country?
Pet Supplies is always expanding around the world. However, there are still a few countries that don’t have a local distributor or that we ship to… yet!

I bought a Pet Supplies product from a retail store. Can I return it to you?
As per our Returns Policy we don’t refund purchases made from retail stores and encourage you to return to the place of purchase.
